HOW IT WORKS
I will then send you an assessment form along with payment details.
Once payment is made in full and you have sent me your completed assessment form I will start putting together your sleep plan. I require 5 to 7 working days to send your plan over to you. I will send you all your starting documents along with your sleep plan.
When you receive your sleep plan you can email me any questions and then we will have a pre consultation over the phone before you start your sleep training.
You are then ready to start sleep training your little one and your 2/4 weeks support starts from the day you start sleep training.
During your sleep training I will require you to complete a 24 sleep, milk and food log. I will review this and give you detailed feedback.
We have between 2 and 4 phones calls depending on the age range of your sleep package.
You have daily email support throughout and are invited to join my private Facebook Group.
Upon completion I will provide you with a summary and completion handouts for you to keep which cover all sleep developments and routines up to the age of 4 years old.
I work remotely over email and telephone; there is no need for a home visit.
