This is a 3 Step REWIND Therapy.

The technique that I use releases the feelings associated with a traumatic event so when you do look back and think about the event you no longer associate negative feelings around it and are left with the memory only

I offer this technique to people that have experienced a traumatic event in their life and are affected by the negative feelings; examples include a death of a loved one surrounding difficult circumstances, car accident, injury, sexual abuse, natural disasters, acts of violence, unsafe environments or a traumatic Birth.

I work with all and any Traumatic Event, childhood, past or current.
